Helen initially completed a degree in biology and a Masters in nutrition at Kings College London. A life-long interest in baking led her to train at the famous Leiths School of Food and Wine in Kensington, where her enthusiasm for cake decorating grew. Since then she has worked as a professional cake maker and decorator at one of London's top cake makers until demand for her work was so great she decided to open her first solo project. Your designHelen can draw upon her wide experience and skills to help you develop a design for your dream cake.
